Hotel Employee Awards

MAH Hotel Employee Awards is a prestigious recognition programme initiated in 2010 to honour outstanding hotel employees who exemplify the spirit of hospitality through exceptional dedication, commitment, and passion for service.

The awards serve as a national platform to recognise, celebrate, and nurture talent within the hospitality industry, while encouraging the continued development of future industry leaders. By spotlighting individuals who demonstrate excellence in their roles, MAH reinforces the importance of human capital as the foundation of service quality in the hospitality sector.

Nominees are carefully selected to represent each MAH Chapter nationwide and undergo a rigorous evaluation and interview process. From this selection, only the most exceptional individuals are chosen as National Champions of the Year, reflecting the highest standards of professional excellence in Malaysian hospitality.

The 7th edition of the MAH Hotel Employee Awards was successfully concluded on 13 May 2026.
